He's made by Paradise to go with their line of small horse toys.
He measures 6" tall.
There were also slightly taller characters in the line that were meant to be older.

The clothes fit Tutti and Todd.
With some moderation, so do the boots.
He has quite a set of eyebrows.

Wow, those eyebrow. :) He has a very sweet expression and it's great to see some articulation. Sorry to hear he seems pretty fragile, though :/
