She's marked Lorrie 1974.
She is about 12" tall.
She's exactly the type of doll I would have loved as a kid:a goofy face and orange hair.
I was a bit too old for her in 1974 though. I was 12 and thought I was too old for dolls or toys. (If not for that lame idea I would now own an entire collection of Planet of the Apes figures and accessories!)
I guess these are her original dress and undies,and maybe shoes.
