Doll-A-Day 2019 #239: Cookin' Goodies Tutti

Today's doll is a little girl you may know.

She's Tutti.

This particular Tutti is Cookin Goodies Tutti.

Tutti was introduced as Barbie's youngest sister in 1966. (Her dress tag says 1965 though.) The back of her head is just marked with numbers.

Cookin' Goodies Tutti came out in 1967,and was produced for two years.

She's wearing her original dress...

...socks, and orange shoes.

She should also have a pair of orange undies/shorts.

Her dress closes in the back with hook and eye closures.

The Tutti tag is inside the dress.

She was missing her apron,so I have substituted this one, which is pretty close.

I tried to redo her original hairstyle, but I'm bad with hair.

This is as close to her updo as I could get.

It looks better in the back.

Of course, as her photo shoot went along, her hair only got worse.

She also originally came with this stove, and a pink pan with a black handle.

The stove is hollow plastic.

The burners on top are separate pieces of plastic, with a silver sticker in the middle.

Under the name 'Tutti' the stove says,'Barbie and Skipper's Tiny Sister'.

If you find a loose Cookin' Goodies Tutti, how do you identify her?

Cookin' Goodies is the only Tutti with this upswept hair style.

Yes,she is missing a few fingers.
She came as a brunette only.

Cookin's Goodies and the other larger box Tutti dolls,(Tutti dolls that come with a larger accessory.like this stove, Swing-A-Ling Tutti's swingset, or Night Night Sleep Tight's bed.), are harder to find than the standard Tutti dolls in the narrow boxes.

You can see my other Tutti posts HERE, HERE,HERE,and HERE.
That's today's doll. Come back to see what doll we'll have tomorrow.

  1. What a cutie. She reminds me of Tootie on the Facts of Life played by Kim Fields.

  2. I've never seen or heard of these before, she's quite cute and her outfit looks quite well made.
