#337 on this year's Doll-A-Day list is not a real doll. Well, she is, in the sense that she exists in some form, but you can't buy one. She was the star of a 2016 McDonald's commercial in the UK. You can watch that commercial HERE.
Juliette, and her co-star, Meteor Mike, were 3-D printed, and animated using a combination of puppetry and CGI. Juliette's expressive little face was hand painted.
In addition to the 90 second TV spot, Juliette supposedly showed up again, in a 20 second ad for the McDonald's Christmas menu, using a straw for a telescope. I haven't been able to find that one to link to. She also appeared on the collectable coffee cups from the restaurant that Christmas season.
I'll see you again tomorrow.
